EPI is proud to participate in the Immigrant Coalition of Rhode Island, which issued a press release condemning President-elect Donald Trump's harmful agenda.
"Trump’s agenda goes beyond the rhetoric of mass deportations," the press release states. "His agenda includes attacks against pathways to United States citizenships, restrictions of critical public benefits, a concerted effort to militarize immigration enforcement, and the systematic dissolution of constitutional rights for all. We take these statements and his record seriously. His actions will not only target immigrant communities, they will also devastate our State’s communities and economy."
