Collin Bailey joined the Economic Progress Institute Board in October 2022.
Collin E. Bailey was elected to the Board of Directors in October of 2022. He most recently served as Chief Transformation Officer and acting Chief Technology Officer at Hudson’s Bay Company, overseeing the enterprise transformation focused on building out the capabilities of three newly created digital companies, each with a goal of IPO while balancing the associated contracts, people and technology considerations of three legally related pre-existing iconic brick and mortar retail companies. Collin is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Roger Williams University School of Law where he teaches Transactional Lawyering and Contract Drafting. He has expertise in transactional law, the business of technology, privacy issues, cybersecurity, organizational leadership and strategy execution. Prior to joining Hudson’s Bay Company, Collin was the Senior Director of Enterprise Procurement for CVS Health where he received a CEO Breakthrough Award for delivering hundreds of millions of dollars of savings. In addition to the Economic Progress Institute his board service includes City Year Providence, West Elmwood Housing Development Corp, Roger Willimas University School of Law, Providence Mutual Fire Insurance Company and DREIM Inc. Collin is a graduate of Caldwell University and Roger Williams University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.
